Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all bookings made by Soul O Sisters (“Terms and Conditions”).
Soul O Sisters is responsible for making the arrangements for ground transportation, accommodation, tours, transfers and other components of your guided umrah and retreat package.
It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions set out below and be familiar with your booking confirmation.
Umrah and Retreat Bookings
All bookings should be confirmed in writing.
Documents sent electronically must be signed and returned before confirmation can be given.
The person making the booking acknowledges that Soul O Sisters reserves the right to deny any booking request without reason.
Exclusions
The following items are not included in the price of your package, unless specified otherwise: postal charges, airport taxes (if not prepaid), personal items such as drinks, room service, laundry, meals (unless specified), baggage charges, excess baggage, medical or personal insurance, telephone calls, and any costs not expressly stated as included.
Fulfilment
You understand that all products and services require fulfilment and documentation, such as transportation and accommodation.
We do not provide flight bookings; the participant is responsible for booking their own flights and to make necessary arrangements to meet at the designated meeting point at the appointed time . If the participant is delayed, they will be responsible to make their own way to the hotel/retreat and pay for any transport costs incurred on arrival at the destination.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
We are not liable for any claims related to non-fulfilment of bookings between the time of booking and departure.
If we are unable to fulfil a booking for reasons beyond our control, we will refund any unutilized funds within 12 weeks or when retrieved from suppliers, though it may take longer.
Documentation
Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months prior to departure.
You must obtain a Visa for the destination of travel . If your Umrah visa is rejected due to personal circumstances or lack of documentation, you will be financially responsible for any losses incurred. It is your responsibility to ensure proper documentation for the trip and provide proof of necessary vaccinations.
Payment terms
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, full payment for the package booked is due 6 weeks before departure If payment is rejected or does not clear, the booking will be cancelled. Any deposit paid will be forfeited, and applicable cancellation charges may apply. In the event of full payment not being received within the prescribed period the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations/Amendments
Due to non-recoverable payments that must be made in advance to secure the package/retreat, it is expressly stated that under no circumstances will a refund be issued in the event of cancellation by the participant. All bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable unless specified at the time of booking.
Denial of Entry or Boarding
Soul O Sisters does not bear any liability for denied entry or boarding due to issues while in transit or at the destination.
Hotel Policies & Bedding Information
When booking a package with accommodation, the following terms apply unless stated otherwise:
- Hotel rooms are based on double occupancy; extra bedding (rolling bed) may be added for triple or quad occupancy.
- Incidental charges (e.g., parking, phone calls, room service) are not included and must be paid directly to the supplier.
- Hotels may have a minimum age requirement, and guests may need to present valid ID or a credit card at check-in.
- Room types and availability are subject to change. Special requests (e.g., specific floor) are not guaranteed.
Product Descriptions
Descriptions on our website and promotional materials are based on current agreements with suppliers. Any listed facilities may change before booking.
Maps and Photographs
Maps and photos are for informational purposes only and may not represent actual services provided.
Travel Insurance
We recommend obtaining insurance that covers personal baggage, emergency medical expenses, and cancellation for any reason.
Liability
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by governments, civil disturbances, strikes, theft, epidemics, or other uncontrollable factors.
- In case of flight delays or missed connections, any additional costs are the responsibility of the airline you have booked with.
Respect and Responsibility
- Passengers must respect the privacy of others and avoid disruptions during the journey.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage or loss of personal property.
Special Terms & Conditions for Disabled and Severely Ill Persons
Soul O Sisters cannot provide special accommodation or assistance,for those with disabilities or severe medical conditions,
- If you or a family member has a severe medical condition, disability, or obesity issues, disclose full details at the time of booking so we can assess suitability. Failure to disclose may result in cancellation with applicable charges.
Travel Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance, It is strongly recommended to arrange your own travel insurance prior to departure.
Miscellaneous
By booking, you confirm you have researched and found the accommodation suitable. All pictures are for illustrative purposes, and actual rooms may vary.
Note: All packages are subject to change, including taxes and services, which may be imposed during the trip.
